The Mission Hills area and surrounding communities have experienced a rash of graffiti property damage recently.  A “TAGGING CREW” using the moniker WTB appears to be proliferating causing substantial community blight and property damage.  The WTB TAGGING CREW has a large following with several members in this rogue group concentrated or living in and around the Septo St. corridor in Mission Hills.  Do not approach this group on your own.  If you observe, witness or believe an individual is connected to this group or any other tagging property damage call your local LAPD SLO Phil Ruiz at 818-838-9843 or LAPD Dispatch at 818-734-2223.
