Are you interested in working together to make our neighborhoods safe and beautiful? Run for a seat on the Mission Hills Neighborhood Council. The following 8 seats are up for election:

  • At-Large – two (2) seats
  • Residential Homeowners
  • Residential Renter
  • Business Owner
  • Employee
  • Business Property Owner
  • Youth

Each elected Board Member serves for four years. The purpose of the Council is to participate as a body on issues concerning our neighborhood and regarding the governance of the city in a transparent, inclusive, collaborative, accountable and viable manner.

Who can run?

You can! People, 18 years old, who meet the criteria for the seats in question can run for a seat. View the last page of our bylaws to see the criteria.

Candidate Filling Period Begins: Saturday, January 12, 2019

Candidate Filling Period Ends: Monday, February 11, 2019

Deadline for Candidates to submit all necessary Documentation to establish candidacy: Thursday February 14, 2019

List of Certified Candidates Available: February 26, 2019
