Attention Mission Hills Stakeholders:
The Mission Hills Beautification Committee is now considering locations for a fall clean up project! Do you have a suggestion for a cleanup location for the MHNC to consider? Then send an email with details including exact location and at least 3 pictures showing the location’s current condition to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to put the words “CLEAN UP” in the subject line of your email.
All viable submissions will be reviewed at our next committee meeting on Sept 24th 2014. All are welcome to submit and attend. Deadline to get your location submitted for consideration is Friday Sept 20th. All are encouraged to attend our committee meeting Sept 24th!
After our meeting the top 3 locations will then become part of an online survey where you the MH Stakeholder will ultimately determine the final location. All submissions must be in The City of Mission Hills 91345. Again, don’t delay! Deadline for location submission is Sept 20th!
