Neighbors and LAPD Officers were out building a better community at the National Night Out Against Crime event at Brand Park on August 3. Mission Hills Neighborhood Council Board members that participated in the event were: Sherry Brown and Wendy Diaz-Antonio as outreach committee members and board members Joe Cabrera, Joe Fuchs and his wife, Susan, as volunteers.

The volunteers from the neighborhood watch distributed the pizza that MHNC helped fund for the event.
