Mission Hills Neighborhood Council is partnering with Neighborhood Councils in North Hills West, North Hills East, and Panorama City to offer a free Community Emergency Response Training (CERT) Class for seven weeks to Spanish speakers. The class will meet on Tuesdays at 6pm and is already full. This training will be beneficial to participants who will learn how to respond in a variety of disaster situations, how to triage victims, search a dark building, administer first aid and more.
