The ULA Small Landlord application portal opened October 24. This will allow small landlords of fewer than 12 units to apply for rental assistance on behalf of their tenants.

To apply one can visit the LAHD’s website, call the Application Hotline: 1(888) 379-3150, or visit their nearest familysource center, which for our district will be El Nido in Pacoima.
