If you have a request to clean up the freeway, such as for homeless encampments at onramps, offramps or along the freeway, you can complete a customer service request with Caltrans. Here’s how:

Complete the request here: https://csr.dot.ca.gov/ Once you submit the request, email Brenda.Yanez@asm.ca.gov the Field Representative for Assemblymember Luz Rivas, the Customer Service Request number so that she can track it. If you have any question when filling out your customer service request do not hesitate to reach out to her directly.
