Saturday, May 14, 2022 the Mission Hills community became the local MRod Volunteer Corps to beautify our community. We appreciate the partnership with members of our community who understand that improving the quality of life is a shared responsibility. We cleared debris, illegal dumping, and completed beautification projects such as weed abatement to improve the area.
The entire Mission Hills Neighborhood Council Outreach Committee participated, which includes: Board Member Rojelio Perez, MHNC President Joe Fuchs and Treasurer Wendy Diaz-Antonio and stakeholder Susan Fuchs.
Join your neighbors to be part of the solution by joining an upcoming cleanup, picking up litter in your own neighborhood, and reporting issues like illegal dumping to MyLA311. If you haven’t signed up for the MRod Volunteer Corps, you can join us by visiting http://bit.ly/MRODVOLUNTEERCORP.
