Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) Update – LADOT has released its report for the City’s speed safety camera program authorized under AB 645. Eight street segments in Council District 7 have been selected for potential camera installation using state criteria, including crash data, roadway design, and school proximity. In Mission Hills the location is:

• Laurel Canyon Blvd at San Fernando High School

A 30-day public comment period is opened February 11, 2026, and we encourage residents to review the report and share feedback.
