Proposal and request for Conditional Use Permit to construct a church compound consisting of the following multi-level buildings ranging in elevation from 26 feet high to 55 foot high bell tower: two story church; chapel; fellowship hall; multi-purpose room; offices; administration rooms; library and a Bishop’s residence;
*Zone Variance requested to allow for a two story, 23,000 square foot apartment building for senior citizen residents with 28 one bedroom rental units. Total proposed developed floor area: 72,250 square feet. Off street parking in accordance with the Los Angeles Municipal Code provides 288 parking spaces.
